Lombok’s
Novotel may be considered an architectural masterpiece built in
the style of a traditional Sasak village, on the shores of the
crystal blue lagoon famous for the legend of the Mandalika
Princess.
The lush tropical gardens will lead you to 23 luxurious
bungalows by the beach, plus 77 air-conditioned rooms,
beautifully decorated using coconut wood and natural colors.
Two beach-front restaurants propose a theme buffet every night,
as well as specialty seafood and colourful cultural shows. The
stunning sunsets on the barrier reef and delicious exotic
cocktails await you at the bar. For leisure, all our guests need
to discover the local culture and handicrafts is provided: the
night market and excursions as well as water sports with
sailing, catamaran canoes, windsurfing, fishing diving and
surfing sports.
The Mandara Spa team is on hand to pamper guests with massages,
body scrubs and all kinds of treatments to restore and
rejuvenate with the aromas of Indonesian Spices and the finest
essential oils.

Cancellation:
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 4 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
