Hotel Facilities
Here you will find a state of the art satellite television with
channels from around the world, HiFi with CD, two line IDD
telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and a sofa
which converts to an extremely comfortable double bed.
For added comfort, check-in takes place here in your living room
so that you can relax from the moment you arrive. Also on this
level of your Villa, next to the jacuzzi, is a separate bath,
shower and double washbasin. A large and delightful bedroom with
King Size bed and exquisite, hand made furnishings promises nights
of tropical tranquility and contentment.
Here you will also find a television, security safe, IDD telephone
and an ambience that is both simple and elegant.
Adjoining the bedroom is a luxurious, cream marble bathroom with
separate shower and sunken bathtub. Fittings and personal
amenities are of the highest quality.

Our Rates are simply to be advised
Cancellation:
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (From 20th July to 31st August,
20th December to 5th January).
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of
the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than
30 days of arrival.
Remarks: For December 20th - January 5th bookings,
Term and Condition : Minimum 4 nights stay required, No
Arrival and Departure on 31st December and on 1st January.
